Expand the production and sales scale of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles. For complete vehicle enterprises that develop or import hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle models (including Class II chassis) and put them into production for sale, a production and sales reward of up to 50 million yuan will be given to a single model, taking into account the vehicle price, model, output value, and sales volume.

Support the application of whole vehicle procurement. By publicly selecting and determining demonstration projects through the "unveiling and leading" method, hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles participating in demonstration projects will be rewarded with purchase incentives in a 1:1 ratio, in accordance with relevant national or provincial incentive policies.

Support the trade in of old fuel commercial vehicles. Within the scope of the demonstration project, units and individuals who eliminate commercial vehicles with emission standards of National IV or below registered in this city (scrapped or transferred out) and purchase and license plate hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles in this city will be given a replacement reward of 4000 yuan/vehicle for light commercial vehicles, 10000 yuan/vehicle for medium commercial vehicles, and 16000 yuan/vehicle for heavy commercial vehicles according to the type of eliminated vehicles.

Strengthen the leading and driving aspects in the public domain. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation, administrative agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions shall give priority to the use of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles in the public domain, and strive to add or update no less than 20% of the new or updated hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles.

Support the operation of demonstration projects. For operating units participating in the demonstration project of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles, an annual operating subsidy of 12000 yuan per vehicle will be provided during the demonstration period.

Improve road access for hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles. Hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles are not subject to the restrictions of Chengdu's truck related traffic management measures and tail number restrictions. At the same time, Chengdu will collaborate with provincial-level departments to exempt hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles that use ETC equipment and pass through the city managed highways (Chengwen Qiong, Shuangliu Airport, Chengpeng, Chengguan, and Chengbei exit highways) from tolls.

Support the construction and operation of hydrogen refueling stations. For different specifications, the "Application Guidelines" provide detailed subsidy standards, such as a one-time subsidy of 6 million yuan and 8 million yuan respectively for newly built 70MPa fixed hydrogen refueling stations (including comprehensive energy stations with refueling functions) with a daily refueling capacity of 500 kg to 1000 kg and 1000 kg or more; Provide a one-time subsidy of 10 million yuan to hydrogen production and refueling integrated stations with a daily refueling capacity of no less than 500 kilograms; Provide a one-time subsidy of 10 million yuan to liquid hydrogen refueling stations with a daily refueling capacity of no less than 500 kilograms.
