01 servo CNC honing machine (honing machining center)

This machine is a universal model that can be used for honing single hole parts as well as multi hole parts. After honing, it can achieve ideal geometric accuracy, stable mesh parameters, and performance indicators comparable to imported honing machines.

02 Dual axis servo CNC honing automatic line

This machine is a specialized model that is suitable for large-scale honing and processing of engine cylinder blocks (4-axis or multi axis automatic lines can be customized according to customer needs). It has functions such as front inspection, rear inspection, automatic flipping and water pouring, and automatic waste discharge. After honing, it can achieve ideal geometric accuracy, stable mesh parameters, and performance indicators comparable to imported honing machines.

03 Large stroke vertical crankshaft hole honing machine

This machine is a specialized model that is suitable for large-scale honing of engine crankshaft holes (also for honing porous parts), with online automatic measurement function. After honing, it can achieve super ideal geometric accuracy (roundness 0.003, cylindricity 0.006), stable roughness, and performance indicators comparable to imported honing machines.
