01 Valve seat ring
The powder metallurgy valve seat ring developed by our company adopts a unique formula and process, achieving high density (7.8-8.0g/cm ³), high hardness, excellent high-temperature wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat transfer and high-temperature strength, high-temperature creep resistance, as well as matching thermal expansion coefficient with cylinder head and good low-temperature cutting processability. It meets the further strengthening requirements of modern internal combustion engines for high strength and high heat load of valve seat rings, and can be widely used in gasoline, diesel, and natural gas internal combustion engines of China V and China VI.
02 Valve Guide
The powder metallurgy valve guide produced by our company has a length of 120mm and a length to diameter ratio of 6:1. Due to the use of suction method for automatic powder loading and unloading, bidirectional floating pressing, and computer self diagnosis of 7-zone continuous sintering furnace, the product has uniform structure, minimal density change, high crushing strength, high oil content, good self-lubricating properties, and good wear resistance. It can be widely used in 1-1000kW internal combustion engines.
03 Valve Bridge
Most of the valve bridges produced by our company are made of low-carbon/medium carbon alloy steel, which is extruded multiple times and then subjected to surface carburizing and quenching treatment. The core has high toughness and the surface has high hardness, improving the reliability of the product.
04 Valve Rotating Mechanism
The valve rotating mechanism developed by our company is an upgraded product of the valve spring seat. The reason for choosing a valve rotation mechanism: 1. It not only has the function of the original valve spring seat, but also can force the valve to rotate around its own axis during the opening and closing process, so that the valve, valve seat, and valve guide can grind each other, eliminate carbon deposits, and prevent "leakage and jamming" phenomena. 2. Make the valve evenly heated, dissipate heat, eliminate thermal stress, and prevent the phenomenon of "twisting and bending" of the valve. 3. Extend valve life.
