Beijing Jingcheng Additive Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading industry of Beijing Municipal Government, and Beijing Jingcheng Electromechanical Holdings Co., Ltd. The company has internationally advanced large-size industrial grade 3D sand core printers, metal laser 3D printers, and five axis CNC machining centers, and is a service provider and leader in the application of 3D printing technology. The company has provided research and development for over 1200 complex casting prototypes and small batch production based on sand mold 3D printing technology for industries such as aviation, aerospace, military, automotive, and hydraulic.
The company has direct printing and forming capabilities for metal materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and high-temperature alloys. In 2021, based on years of experience in sand mold printing technology and leveraging the strong mechanical manufacturing and electrical control capabilities of the group, we successfully developed an industrial grade sand mold printer with independent intellectual property rights. At the same time, we applied for more than 20 patents, taking an important step towards extending our printing services to the upstream equipment manufacturing industry.
