Company Introduction
The powertrain factory of Nanjing Iveco Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 through the merger of Nanjing Iveco Engine Factory, Transmission Factory, and Axle Factory, which were founded in 1996, at the Qiaolin Base in Pukou Economic Development Zone, Nanjing. The factory has two workshops for engines and axles.
The main products include SOFIM and F1 series engines; IVECO 5MT, 6MT gearbox; Horizontal leaf spring, 4 * 4 series front axle; NDA、 4511, 4517, 4 * 4 series rear axle, EV45 electric drive axle. The product technology is sourced from Italy's FPT and is designed to complement the Iveco Turbo Daily, Power Daily, Daily light passenger and cargo vehicles, off-road vehicles, station wagons, and other military civilian dual-use models.

01SOFIM NV25 diesel engine
SOFIM NV25 diesel engine has a rated power of 118kw and a rated torque of 400Nm. It adopts double overhead camshafts, single cylinder, and four valves to accurately control the intake and exhaust efficiency; The intake system is equipped with a grille heater, which can meet the cold start performance requirements of -33 ℃; Adopting a framework scheme under the cylinder body to further achieve lightweight design; Built in oil pump vacuum pump integration, shock-absorbing rubber pulley, and full top covered soundproof cover, with better NVH performance; Equipped with a new generation Bosch fuel common rail system, the whole machine has been calibrated and debugged to achieve excellent emissions, performance, fuel consumption, and noise.
02F1C3.0T diesel engine
The F1C-3.0 diesel engine has a rated power of 132kw and a rated torque of 430Nm. It adopts double overhead camshafts, single cylinder, and four valves to accurately control the intake and exhaust efficiency; The pre heat plug design in the intake system cylinder can meet the performance requirements for cold start at -30 ℃; Built in oil pump vacuum pump integration, shock-absorbing rubber pulley, maintenance free timing chain drive, three speed electromagnetic fan clutch, and suspended oil pan, excellent NVH performance; The dual mass flywheel provides an excellent driving experience; Dual electric and dual voltage configurations can meet the needs of more application scenarios; Equipped with a new generation Bosch fuel common rail system and a Garrett EVGT turbocharger, the entire machine has been calibrated and debugged to balance emissions, performance, fuel consumption, and noise.
03 Transmission assembly
The rated input torque of the 2840.6 gearbox is 400 Nm, with 6 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. All gears undergo grinding and precision machining. The gear tooth surface and root are subjected to strong shot blasting treatment, resulting in longer fatigue life. The internal gear selection adopts a "single shift fork shaft+floating shift fork+floating fork foot" structure, with a compact layout, clear gear positions, and strong suction sensation. The synchronous ring made of special formula friction material has a short synchronization time.
04 Off road front and rear axles
The front and rear axles of the Ousheng 4X4 are iterative upgraded products that can be used for the needs of traditional construction vehicles, emergency rescue, off-road RVs, M1, military voters and other segmented markets. The front and rear axles can be used for a vehicle with a total weight of 3800-7000kg, with a front axle bearing capacity of 2070-2500kg and a rear axle bearing capacity of 2900-5000kg. The entire series is equipped with electronic control automatic differential lock device+disc brake, and off-road function configuration. Independent suspension front drive axle, power steering, lightweight and flexible, constant speed transmission, smooth transmission. Intubative rear axle, low noise and high efficiency. Simultaneously driving the front and rear axles, with strong off-road capability and superior climbing performance.
05 Electric Drive Bridge
Integrated parallel axis electric drive rear axle, three in one assembly (motor, reducer, rear axle). Adopting high-performance flat wire motor, the peak power of the driving motor is 170kW, the peak input torque is 330Nm, and the peak input speed is 13000rpm. By using a tube type bridge housing, it is possible to achieve a certain range of track changes to meet customer customization needs. The advanced gear repair of the reducer assembly brings ultra-high comfort with low noise and vibration, and is durable and reliable. The braking system can be equipped with a disc drum, solid disc, and integrated parking and ventilation disc. The wheel edge assembly is compactly arranged and maintenance free.
