Company Introduction

Changchai Co., Ltd. is a national industrial enterprise with a history of over 100 years. It is one of the earliest professional manufacturers of internal combustion engines in China and the first listed company in the national agricultural machinery industry and Changzhou City. Currently, it holds both A-shares and B-shares, with an annual production capacity of 700000 diesel engines, over 60000 tons of castings, and 200000 gasoline engines. Changchai has produced over 30 million diesel engines to date and has exported them to more than 80 countries and regions.

Changchai mainly produces small and medium-sized diesel engines with a power range of 3-128 kilowatts, with more than 1000 varieties. The products are widely used in pickup trucks, light trucks, low-speed cargo vehicles, tractors, harvesters, gardening machinery, plant protection machinery, high-speed rice transplanters, generator sets, engineering machinery, cold chain and ships, and other fields.

Changchai has a national level enterprise technology center and postdoctoral research workstation, as well as a Jiangsu Province Small and Medium Power Internal Combustion Engine Engineering Technology Research Center. Adopting advanced technology routes such as high-pressure common rail recognized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Changchai has successfully launched non road National IV diesel engines in the industry, forming multiple series and varieties of models. The application of new technologies makes Changchai products more reliable and economical. At the same time, Changchai has multiple single and multi cylinder engines in the non road machinery field that have passed the Euro V emission certification, obtaining a green pass to enter the European and American markets and possessing competitiveness in the international market. So far, Changchai has accumulated 66 products that have obtained provincial and municipal high-tech product certification, and has 156 valid patents authorized at home and abroad, including 17 invention patents.

The enterprise has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and IATF6949 automotive product quality management system certification. Changchai has been selected for several consecutive years in the "China Machinery Top 500" ranking.

Changchai has advanced domestic internal combustion engine manufacturing equipment and technology, and has introduced advanced casting, processing, assembly, and internal combustion engine testing equipment from countries such as the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, and Austria. The application of advanced modern and intelligent equipment has not only improved the manufacturing level of Changchai equipment, but also effectively led and promoted the technological development of the agricultural machinery industry.

Changchai has built a nationwide sales and service network in China, with 5 sales business units, 25 sales and service centers, and more than 700 specially invited maintenance stations. It is a customs certified enterprise with a complete diesel engine sales and service network system, which can provide customers with high-quality, efficient, and timely services.
