At this exhibition, Yuchai showcased its second-generation YCK09L and YCY25 diesel engines, which can fully meet the four stage fuel consumption standards.

In terms of gas power, the displayed Yuchai YCK15N high horsepower gas engine represents the highest level in the current gas engine field. It greatly improves product reliability by adopting advanced technologies such as the first domestically applied TOP-DOWN cooling system, patented anti icing thermal management technology, and the industry's highest tensile strength cylinder head material. Starting at minus 40 degrees Celsius has also created the world's best level of natural starting at extreme low temperatures for gas engines. While maintaining high reliability, it also has the lowest gas consumption performance in the industry, with an average gas consumption 6% lower than competitors. Based on an annual mileage of 200000 kilometers, it can save nearly 20000 yuan in fuel costs.

The YCK16 engine exhibited on site is a professional high-end power designed by Yuchai for mining vehicles, heavy excavators, petroleum equipment, and large-scale agricultural equipment. The engine has a displacement of 16L and a power coverage of 560-775 horsepower. It adopts a platform based, modular, and lightweight design concept, with high-end quality, reliability, and durability. The engine has a reliable lifespan of over 30000 hours and can be adapted to large construction machinery such as mining vehicles with a total weight of 105-130 tons, heavy-duty excavators with a weight of 70-95 tons, and oilfield equipment. It has strong market competitiveness. Yuchai YC12VTD power generation adopts high-voltage common rail technology, which has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, low fuel consumption, strong power, and fast response to sudden acceleration. It has received continuous praise in the market and its products are exported to both domestic and foreign markets.

Yuchai's new energy power products have also attracted much attention, including China's first commercial vehicle hydrogen engine K05H, the largest displacement methanol engine YCK15M in China, a domestically leading fuel cell system for durability and safety, the highest specific power pure electric heavy-duty truck drive system in China, eCVT hybrid power system, extended range power system, etc.

During this period, Yuchai was awarded the 30th Anniversary Outstanding Contribution Award of the Expo for its outstanding performance in product innovation and industry development, which is the highest honor of the Expo. At the same time, Yuchai YCK15N high horsepower gas engine won the Best Innovative Power Star Award for its excellent quality.
