The Dewei D25 series diesel engine has a power coverage of 85-132 kilowatts, a maximum torque of up to 500 Newton meters, and an average fuel consumption per 100 kilometers that is more than 20% lower than similar products in the industry. The Dewei D25 series engine is suitable for different user needs and operational scenarios, such as sanitation trucks, refrigerated trucks, compliant blue license plate vehicles, engineering vehicles, etc., and its low-speed torque at 1000 revolutions per minute (rpm) is 20% higher than similar competitors, making it the golden power of compliant blue license plate light trucks.

The other three products exhibited by Yunnei Power at this exhibition are new energy products, demonstrating its cutting-edge technological strength and diversified technological reserves.

The G20TNFR gas range extender is an efficient and energy-saving new energy product launched by Yunnei Power, designed for hybrid range extender applications in vehicles ranging from 4.5 tons to 18 tons. The gas electric conversion efficiency of this gas range extender is high and the power is strong. Compared with traditional fuel hybrid systems, it has lower operating costs and pollutant emissions, and has a longer range and charging efficiency than pure electric systems.

This gas range extender has a maximum output power of 140 horsepower, a rated torque of 350 Newton meters, a voltage platform of 540V, and a motor efficiency of up to 96%. The engine of this gas range extender also innovatively integrates mid mounted dual VVT technology to further optimize the intake and exhaust systems, thereby improving the engine's power performance and achieving higher thermal efficiency.  

The HY120 fuel cell system for vehicles has a rated power of 120 kilowatts, a maximum efficiency of 60%, and can start at low temperatures of minus 30 degrees Celsius. This product is developed based on a water-cooled/graphite electrode plate platform, covering 30-240 kilowatts, suitable for various types of urban buses/coaches, light, medium, heavy cargo, logistics vehicles, and tractors, etc. It has advantages such as super environmental protection, strong adaptability, high efficiency, and super reliability.

The Yunnei Derun 25/30 hybrid powertrain meets the requirements of the fourth stage fuel consumption regulations and has a fuel saving rate of up to 30% compared to traditional vehicles of the same type; The engine operates in an economical range without idle conditions, reducing harmful emissions from exhaust gases; Different battery levels can be selected to meet both HEV and PHEV routes; In addition, it also has product advantages such as no power interruption, infinite speed change, and automatic transmission. When matched with D20 engine, it is suitable for 4.5-8 ton urban light trucks, which can achieve HEV and PHEV; When matched with D25Pro engine, it is suitable for 8-12 ton medium trucks, construction vehicles/sanitation vehicles/dump trucks, etc.
