Jiefang Power's engine product range covers various markets such as medium and heavy trucks, light trucks, buses, and non road vehicles, making it an important engine provider in China's commercial vehicle and other fields. At this exhibition, Liberation Power showcased 8 products, including CA6SX1, CA6SM4, CA6SM6 natural gas engines, CA6DX1, CA6DV1 diesel engines, as well as P2 hybrid products, light and medium electric drive axles.

In the past two years, the demand for natural gas in the domestic market has surged. In order to further meet the needs of cardholders, Jiefang Power has launched a variety of natural gas power products, with a rich and diverse product matrix and classic and reliable product quality, to firmly capture the natural gas power market. More than 60% of the engine products exhibited by Jiefang Power at this exhibition are natural gas products, which also shows its emphasis on natural gas power.

Among them, the Aowei 6SX1 is a 16L ultra large displacement natural gas engine with a maximum power of 660 horsepower and a torque of 3000 Newton meters. This engine has six product advantages: "more efficient, stronger, more reliable, safer and more comfortable, lower TCO, and more intelligent". It can be matched with the full range of heavy-duty vehicles such as Jiefang J7, J6V, Yingtu, JH6, etc., and can meet the personalized needs of major sub scenarios such as mainline logistics, regional heavy load, mountainous transportation, and express delivery.

As a star product of Jiefang Power, the Aowei CA6SM4 natural gas engine was also exhibited on site. It adopts the E-contrle system, which is at an advanced level in terms of power, economy, and reliability. The engine has a maximum power of 570 horsepower and a maximum torque of 2600 Newton meters, which is equivalent to a 13 liter diesel engine; Featuring high torque and low speed ratio, the commonly used rotational speed is reduced by 100-200r/min, and the gas consumption for high-speed express delivery is as low as 27-28kg; B10 has a lifespan of 1.5 million kilometers and a post-treatment degradation lifespan exceeding one million kilometers.

CA6SM6 lightweight heavy-duty natural gas engine, with a maximum power of 506 horsepower and a maximum torque of 2400 Newton meters; Using a natural gas specific cylinder head, the B10 has a lifespan of 1.5 million kilometers. At the same time, CA6SM6 adopts intelligent equivalent combustion control technology to reduce combustion noise. 16L engine unveiled, high-power diesel engine occupies the C-class product

Among them, the CA6DV1 heavy-duty diesel engine is a newly developed replacement engine product by FAW Jiefang, with a displacement of 14 liters. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high power, high reliability, high safety, high comfort, high intelligence, and low TCO. It is mainly equipped with Jiefang J7, Yingtu, J6V, JH6 and other models. The engine has a maximum power of 640 horsepower and a maximum torque of 3000 Newton meters, reaching the industry's 15 liter product level. The engine's lifespan has exceeded 2 million kilometers.

The Aowei 6DX1 diesel engine has a displacement of 16 liters and adopts the high-efficiency SCR technology route, which has the advantages of high power, high reliability, high safety, high comfort, low maintenance, and low fuel consumption. The engine has a power range of 600-700 horsepower and a maximum torque of 3500 Newton meters; Developed with no leakage for 500000 kilometers according to European standards, the engine B10 has a lifespan of 2 million kilometers; The maximum braking power reaches 620 horsepower. The downhill braking is more reliable, and the deceleration braking is more awesome, so as to ensure safe driving.

Chinese commercial vehicle brands represented by Jiefang Power are also full of enthusiasm, bringing technologically advanced new energy power to consumers. At this internal combustion engine exhibition, Jiefang Power attaches great importance to the new energy power market and exhibited three new energy products.

Among them, the CA4DT2 P2 hybrid powertrain is a new generation hybrid product launched for the light truck market. The hybrid dedicated engine of this powertrain is matched with the high-efficiency area of the electric motor, and the control strategy is perfect. The tested standard cycle fuel saving rate exceeds 15%, and the fuel saving rate for mountainous intercity logistics is over 28%; The efficient P2 motor matched with it achieves the goal of accelerating from 0 to 70 kilometers per hour by more than 35%, with strong power. It is worth mentioning that vehicles equipped with this powertrain can be registered with green plates and are not affected by city traffic restrictions.

The medium-sized electric drive axle CAR13E290S2 product can be adapted to various vehicle models such as medium-sized dedicated and cargo vehicles, 10-12 meter city buses, and 6 × 4 heavy-duty tractors. This medium-sized new energy vehicle axle independently developed by Jiefang adopts a dual motor parallel configuration with a rated axle load of 13 tons; Equipped with a high-power density permanent magnet motor, the rated power is 65 kilowatts, the peak power is 140 kilowatts, the maximum speed of the motor is 12000 revolutions per minute, the maximum output torque can reach 380 Newton meters, and the comprehensive power consumption per 100 kilometers can be reduced by more than 20 degrees.

The light electric drive axle products exhibited this time are mainly targeted at the light urban logistics market, and can meet the demand of pure electric, fuel cell, and extended range hybrid light vehicles with a full load of 6.5-8.5 tons. This electric drive axle adopts a coaxial planetary gear system configuration, with a compact structure that completely releases the space inside the frame; Adopting advanced technologies such as high-power density permanent magnet motors, flat wire stator windings, and high magnetic permeability materials, B10 is over 500000 kilometers. Under the condition of meeting the load capacity requirements of the entire vehicle, this product weighs 63 kilograms lighter than its competitors and saves 4-6 kWh of electricity consumption per 100 kilometers.
