Industry News | Common Use and Maintenance of Landscape Machinery

Before using garden machinery, it is necessary to read the manual carefully in order to understand the structure and working principle of the machinery, and to better use and maintain the machinery.

※ Attention: Please distinguish which stroke engine you are using.

The use and maintenance of a four stroke lawn mower

PART ONE

1. Use unleaded gasoline with a grade of 93 or above, and never use gasoline with lead, blended gasoline, or contaminated gasoline. (Note: Refueling should be done outdoors, and smoking is absolutely not allowed when refueling. Refueling is absolutely not allowed when the engine is running.) The engine oil should use SC grade gasoline oil. Prohibit the use of four stroke motorcycle engine oil.

Before using the new lawn mower, it must be run in for 2-3 hours. After running in for 45-60 minutes, it needs to be stopped for 5-15 minutes. After running in, the engine oil must be replaced and refilled with new oil. Do not exceed the upper limit marked on the dipstick when adding engine oil, but never lower than the lower limit. Always check the oil level before each use. Change the engine oil every 30 hours (preferably in a hot state).

After each use, the filter element should be checked. The machine should replace or clean the paper filter element and sponge filter element every 30 hours of operation. In case of severe pollution, it should be cleaned or replaced in advance.

The machine needs to be stopped for 5-15 minutes every 45-60 minutes of operation. Clean the engine and chassis after each use of the machine.

5. It is strictly prohibited to use on slopes greater than 25 °, as excessive inclination angle can cause oil splashing and the wheels cannot reach the oil, resulting in cylinder pulling (or locking).

Before using the machine, be sure to clean up any debris in the lawn, such as stones, tiles, iron wires, wooden stakes, nozzles, steel pipes, etc.

Safety first! Three key points of maintenance: "Check the engine oil, clean the filter element, and clean the chassis three times"

Use and maintenance of chainsaws

PART TWO

Use unleaded gasoline grade 93 or above, and use two-stroke gasoline engine oil (2T) as the engine oil. It is strictly prohibited to use pure gasoline.

This machine uses a mixture of gasoline and engine oil as fuel, with a volumetric mixing ratio of 25:1 or 50:1, depending on which type of engine oil you are using. The mixing ratio of each type of engine oil is different.

The new machine must be run in for 1 hour before use, and every 20-30 minutes of running in, it needs to be stopped for 5-10 minutes.

Every 20 hours of use, butter must be replenished to the gearbox, gearbox, and work head.

After every 40 hours of use, every screw of the machine must be checked for looseness. If it is loose, it must be tightened.

Before using the machine, the work site should be cleaned to prevent rocks, wires, and other debris from affecting safety.

7. Maintenance of hedge trimmer blades: Regularly (25 hours) check the gap between the upper and lower blades and adjust it in a timely manner (the interval is the half circle thread interval of the bolt) to keep the blade sharp. Add engine oil to the blade every hour of work and trim tree branches with a diameter less than 10mm

8. Maintenance of the blade head of the brush cutter: The length of the nylon rope head should be controlled to be less than 15cm. When using the blade, the balance of the blade should be ensured. If the rod vibration is small, do not use blades with vibration.

Safety first! Three key points of maintenance: "Add mixed oil first, butter second, and clean the filter element and blades third"

Other precautions

PART THREE

All machine operating states must be set to high throttle.

If there is any abnormal noise, vibration or malfunction of the machine, the dealer should be notified in a timely manner.

During maintenance and repair, when moving the machine, the engine should be stopped and the spark plug wiring should be disconnected.

4. Minors are strictly prohibited from using it. Do not place your hands and feet near the moving parts, especially the blades, as there are many cases of problems.

When tilting the machine, it should be tilted towards the muffler side with the filter element on top.

Safety first! Three key points: "People come first, maintenance is stronger than repair, and work must be done seriously

Winter maintenance (long-term maintenance, storage period exceeding 30 days)

precautions

PART FOUR

1. Drain the gasoline from the tank, then start the gasoline engine until it runs out and stops.

In the just stopped hot engine state, first drain the oil from the crankcase and immediately add new oil to the appropriate level.

Remove the spark plug, drip 5-10 milliliters of engine oil into the cylinder block, rotate the crankshaft several times, and install the spark plug.

4. Clean the dust and debris around the cutterhead, body, cylinder body, cylinder head heat sink, air guide cover, mesh cover, and muffler; Then save it.
