Recently, the 23rd China International Internal Combustion Engine and Power Equipment Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Internal Combustion Engine Exhibition") held in Beijing came to a successful conclusion. At this exhibition, Quanchai brought a total of 8 exhibits. More than half of the products are diesel engines, such as the Zhiwei H series engines designed for the high-end market, as well as the popular Q series and non road engines for all diesel vehicles, fully demonstrating the strength and position of all diesel engines in the internal combustion engine race.

Since its establishment in 1949, Quanchai has a profound accumulation and heritage in the traditional power field. In 1971, Quanchai's first product S195 was launched, marking Quanchai's official entry into the engine market. The R175 engine, born in the 1980s, became a phenomenal product among single cylinder engines. Since the 21st century, Quanchai has been continuously cultivating innovative research and development of multi cylinder diesel engines, achieving a series of technological breakthroughs. Up to now, Quanchai has the ability to produce 600000 units of multi cylinder diesel engines annually, with a cumulative sales volume of over 7 million units. It has always been at the forefront of the industry and has gained the trust and reputation of countless customers.

At present, Quanchai's traditional power sector business can be divided into four parts: automotive engines, as well as non road diesel engines such as agricultural equipment, forklifts, and construction machinery. All four types of products have participated in the exhibition, such as the high-end star product H25, which is used as a power source for all diesel vehicles, appearing at the exhibition and attracting countless attention.

Q series engine

It is reported that the Quanchai Q series is the first domestic product with two valves that meet the National VI (b) emission standards. It is comparable to or even superior to four valve products of the same level in terms of power, fuel efficiency, and reliability. The Q series engine not only has strong power and high fuel economy, but also improves the convenience of later maintenance and reduces maintenance costs. The Zhiwei Power H series is a new generation of high-end diesel engines created by Quanchai to benchmark international first-class brands. Taking the Zhiwei H25 as an example, its 2.5L product performance can rival 3.0L products, and the B10 has a lifespan of up to 100 kilometers. For the Zhiwei Power H series products, Quanchai promises a lifetime warranty for basic components and a two-year (100000 kilometers) replacement without repair, solving the worries of cardholders

With the continuous promotion of the dual carbon strategy, Quanchai has showcased cutting-edge achievements in low-carbon and zero carbon fields, such as clean energy engines, DHT hybrid transmissions, and hydrogen fuel cells, for the future of the industry.

DHT hybrid gearbox

The DHT hybrid gearbox has diverse application scenarios and is suitable for urban and intercity freight transportation. Compared with traditional 6MT drive, this product has a comprehensive fuel consumption saving rate of over 30%. At the same time, by using dual motors, power attenuation can be effectively reduced without adding additional motor costs and with limited engine gears. Taking a 4.5-ton light truck as an example, its CHTC-LT cycle comprehensive efficiency reached 89.9%. It is reported that this product has been recognized by a large number of vehicle manufacturers and will soon be put into the market in large quantities.

At the exhibition site, Quanchai also exhibited G29 (LPG) gas engine products and hydrogen fuel cell products (core components). In addition, the LNG series products innovatively developed by Quanchai will also be unveiled soon. Based on the characteristics of existing products in the current market and changes in market demand, Quanchai LNG products are at the forefront of the industry in terms of power, economy, and reliability, which will effectively promote the development of clean energy power products in the light truck market
