Fukang A15N

In the past two years, the market share of natural gas heavy-duty trucks has grown rapidly. From the trends of major commercial vehicle companies, high-power gas heavy-duty trucks have emerged one after another, and this segmented market has become a battleground for all.

A15N is the flagship of Fukang's high horsepower gas engine. Its maximum power can reach 580 horsepower and maximum torque can reach 2600 Newton meters. The triple advantages of high displacement, high horsepower, and high torque enable the Fukang A15N to be applied to a wider range of segmented scenarios, such as in high-altitude, mountainous areas, and transportation markets with high time requirements. In the past, it was believed that only fuel powered routes could run, but now models equipped with the Fukang A15N can also handle them.

In addition, the Fukang A15N is equipped with the Smart Brain 2.0 intelligent control system, which enables digital innovation capabilities such as intelligent diagnosis and remote calibration. Speaking of Fukang's F platform, it can be regarded as an industry legend. Since its inception, it has created countless records of millions of kilometers without major repairs, and the highest operating mileage for users has exceeded 2 million kilometers. Its reliability has been tested for a long time.

The Fukang F2.5 inherits the classic and upgrades it again, with a maximum horsepower of 163 and a maximum torque of 460 Newton meters. When the engine speed is 1000 revolutions per minute, it can output 330 Newton meters of torque, with typical low-speed high torque characteristics, which can enable the whole vehicle to have better power performance when pulling heavy goods and in complex road conditions. Meanwhile, the customized and scenario based development mode of Fukang F2.5 further ensures that the engine can adapt to the challenges of various working conditions.

In addition, by optimizing the combustion of the entire machine and optimizing the engine intake system and external accessories, the fuel utilization rate of the Fukang F2.5 has been significantly improved. Every bit of fuel added is fully utilized, resulting in less loss and, of course, more fuel efficiency. In addition, Fukang F2.5 has customized development and calibration for different usage scenarios of light trucks, optimized the matching of combustion and thermal management, and made product tuning and working conditions more suitable, further reducing fuel consumption.

The Fukang F2.5 also applies the Smart Brain 2.0 system, integrating electronic control management of the engine and post-processing, combined with big data from the Internet of Vehicles, greatly improving the overall vehicle attendance rate. At the same time, it can also achieve remote calibration and intelligent active diagnosis, preventing engine failures in advance. Even if there is a malfunction, the cause can be identified faster. In addition, the engine also achieves seamless regeneration, with a cleaning range of 300000 to 500000 kilometers.

In addition, Fukang also showcased two non road products at the exhibition site. In recent years, Laifu Kang has been developing products for more diversified scenarios and has made significant breakthroughs in non road markets. The exhibited Fukang F2.8 and Fukang X12, as non road four stage fuel consumption products, have significantly improved power and torque compared to their predecessors, and have stronger adaptability to harsh working conditions. At the same time, customized development for application scenarios also brings users a better user experience. The Fukang X12 has a power range of 250~373kW and a maximum torque of 2300 Nm, and is widely used in excavators, drilling rigs, loaders, cranes, port machinery, and other applications. The power coverage of Fukang F2.8 is 36-54kW, with a maximum torque of 270 Nm, mainly matched with forklifts, aerial work vehicles, excavators, airport tractors, etc.
