This super factory has an annual production capacity of 50000 engines, integrating three core characteristics of super technology, super efficiency, and super intelligence.
At the super technical level, China has pioneered the assembly process of stacked gears, with a machining accuracy of 5H level and an automation rate of up to 83%, leading the industry. At the same time, green energy-saving technologies such as photovoltaics, air source heat pumps, and sludge drying have been introduced, reducing carbon emissions by 9249.54 tons and hazardous waste emissions by 106.5 tons;

In the field of super intelligence, 6 management mainlines, 20 BI display modules, and 21 intelligent decision-making models have been built, significantly improving factory operation efficiency by 30%. The refinement, dynamic, and visual management of intelligent logistics have promoted a low manpower rate of 67.6%, reaching the industry's highest level of intelligent manufacturing - integration level three standards.
Currently, the factory's core production of the world's first green intelligent power domain 6DV engine stands at the forefront of the industry with benchmark performance. Its mass production thermal efficiency ranks first in the industry, with a powerful power of 640ps and a super large torque of 3000Nm creating the pinnacle of power. Its two million kilometer long service life and long maintenance cycle are also at the forefront of the industry, creating an unparalleled ultimate experience for users from multiple dimensions, demonstrating extraordinary industrial charm and technological strength.
In the future, FAW Jiefang will accelerate factory upgrades to fully meet the production needs of 15L natural gas engines, 15L hydrogen engines, 14.5L diesel engines, and 5-7L new medium-sized engines.
