On January 4th, the 14th Supplier Conference of Zichai Company was grandly held in the beautiful coastal city of Rongcheng. Guo Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, Du Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Cui Yiqiang, Deputy General Manager, Bao Jiangbai, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Xin Qiang, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer, attended the meeting. A total of 178 representatives from suppliers across the country, as well as heads of relevant departments of the Company's headquarters, Boyang Company, and New Energy Company, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cui Yiqiang, the Vice General Manager of the company.

Guo Liang gave a themed exchange on "Close Cooperation for a Shared Future" to the attending guests, elaborating on the five principles of cooperation between the two parties from credible strategic unity, reliable quality assurance, considerable business benefits, valuable competitive advantages, and feasible value innovation. He shared his experience of high-quality development with everyone, emphasized the high importance that Zichai Company attaches to supplier management, and expressed expectations for mutual support, common growth, and co creation of excellent results. He pointed out that he hopes to inspire a strong sense of national pride and responsibility among the vast number of supplier partners through this conference. Du Wei delivered a work report titled 'Zi' is more exciting because of your 'firewood', expressing sincere gratitude to all suppliers for their hard work and full support over the past year. He reported on the company's production and operation situation in 2024 and the main work ideas for 2025, and talked about the touching stories of Zichai's cooperation with various supplier partners. He also put forward sincere expectations and requirements to all representatives. I hope to establish closer cooperative relationships with all our supplier partners, deepen technical cooperation, and work together to create new heights; Promote supply chain optimization and collaboration, and create a transparent and flexible supply chain; Strengthen supplier management to achieve mutual trust and win-win outcomes; Implement lean production and jointly promote digital upgrading.

The conference commended the supplier partners who have made outstanding achievements and contributions in the development of Zichai in 2024. The company leaders presented awards to the representatives of the award-winning units and invited 7 representatives of the award-winning units to speak.

Mu Zhenqian, Deputy Director of the Technology Center, gave a presentation on the new products, allowing everyone to timely understand and grasp the trends of Zichai products, better follow the pace of Zichai's research and development, and achieve synchronous research and development to produce new products.

During the meeting, in response to the current supply pressure of alternative fuel engines, leaders and technical and procurement department heads of Zichai Company held separate discussions with suppliers who are affected by the supply.
