This is another reliability verification of the product after completing an open unit 242 hour full load test in 2024, breaking the industry standard for data center start-up testing and exploring the durability of diesel generator sets in data centers.

To ensure the authenticity of testing environment parameters and data collection accuracy, the Weichai testing team has deployed an intelligent workstation operating system and professional detection matrix in advance based on application scenario characteristics and temperature and humidity changes. The system integrates Fluke power quality analyzer, thermal imaging instrument, and two sets of resistance capacitance integrated intelligent fake load boxes. The entire process is recorded in real-time using high-definition camera equipment, and monitoring permissions are opened to customers through a live streaming platform.
