Industry News | Wang Zhiyu, Deputy General Manager of Liberation Company, conducted research at the Powertrain Division
On May 19th, Wang Zhiyu, Deputy General Manager of Liberation Company, visited and conducted research at the Changchun factory of the powertrain division. Dong Guoqi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the division, Xia Weidong, Deputy General Manager of the division and Director and Party Secretary of the Changchun factory, as well as other members of the leadership team of the Changchun factory, participated in the research.
Wang Zhiyu listened to the report on the current operating status and progress of annual key tasks of the Changchun factory. He pointed out that as the core assembly manufacturing base of Liberation Company, Changchun Factory should base itself on a strategic height and solve development problems with a problem oriented approach. In response to the core issues of enterprise management, he proposed to focus on the dual improvement of personnel and system capabilities, systematically sort out the key factors that currently constrain development, look inward, identify the strategic focus, and conduct in-depth thinking in quality control, cost optimization, and the desire of all employees. He aims to find breakthrough points that surpass industry benchmarks and make every effort to build a modern manufacturing base with industry competitiveness.
During the research period, Wang Zhiyu conducted on-site inspections of the production sites of the new No.1 and No.5 factories to gain a detailed understanding of the operation and capacity guarantee of the intelligent production line.
