1. MT1 sealing gasket version
MT1 sealing gasket plate is mainly made of mineral fibers, synthetic rubber, high-temperature resistant fillers, and chemical additives through compression and tension methods. It has high pressure resistance and excellent resistance to lubricating oil, water, and gas. Suitable for static sealing parts with a temperature not exceeding 250 ℃, such as motorcycle engines and small gasoline engines.
2. PNY300 sealing gasket plate
PNY300 sealing gasket plate is suitable for equipment pipeline flange connections with a maximum temperature of 300 ℃ and a maximum pressure of 2.5MPa, using ordinary lubricating oil and fuel as media. It is used as a sealing gasket material for PNY300 sealing gasket plate.
3. Metal rubber composite board
Metal rubber composite plate is a type of metal rubber composite plate made of high-quality metal materials such as stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, galvanized steel plate or tin plated steel plate as the core plate, and nitrile rubber or fluororubber as the surface coating. It carries high pressure and has excellent resistance to antifreeze, refrigerants, refrigeration oil, lubricating oil, water, and gas. The operating temperature can reach 450 ℃, and it is used as a sealing gasket for internal combustion engine cylinder gaskets, exhaust pipe gaskets, turbocharger gaskets, or in high-temperature and high-pressure working environments in refrigeration equipment.
