According to statistics and analysis from the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, in May 2025, sales of multi cylinder diesel internal combustion engines reached 319300 units, a month on month increase of -16.18% and a year-on-year increase of 2.05%; The cumulative sales volume from January to May was 1.8242 million units, a year-on-year increase of 2.82%. The top selling companies are Weichai, Yuchai, Yunnei, Quanchai, Xinchai, Dongfeng Cummins, Jiangling Motors, Honeycomb Power, Jiefang Power, and New Power Technology.
