Recently, the modern technology and equipment team of the Irrigation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has successfully developed a mobile intelligent integrated irrigation pump station system for water supply, filtration, and distribution, providing convenient equipment support for multi scenario irrigation needs.

Traditional fixed irrigation pump houses have problems such as high construction costs, low utilization rates, susceptibility to damage, and difficult maintenance.

Researchers integrate multi-level high-precision filters, intelligent water fertilizer integrated machines, and other equipment, integrating 5G+Internet of Things and field valve automatic control technology,We have developed an integrated mobile irrigation pump station system that can achieve constant pressure water supply, efficient water treatment, and intelligent regulation of water and fertilizer. It can control irrigation and fertilization in various modes such as manual, automatic, and intelligent.

The entire system is integrated into the flatbed platform, with two modes of self drive and traction movement, making transportation and disassembly convenient, and capable ofReduce operating costs by 40% and labor input by over 20%.

This system can be widely applied in emergency drought resistance, dryland water conservation, and upgrading and renovating high standard farmland. It has strong adaptability and broad application prospects. The product has achieved mass production and has been promoted and applied in Henan, Shanxi, Jiangsu and other places.
