01. Nitrogen and oxygen sensor

    The nitrogen oxygen sensor is a key component of the SCR post-treatment system, mainly used to detect the content of nitrogen oxides and other components in engine exhaust.

    The SCR system adjusts and controls the injection amount of urea based on the signal from the NOx sensor, in order to neutralize NOx and meet the emission requirements of NOx in the exhaust emissions. The nitrogen oxygen sensor is also part of the OBD system for diagnosing the urea control system.

        The EBS battery level sensor is mainly used to detect relevant parameters such as the battery level, battery life, and battery function of the locomotive's starting battery, enabling the locomotive to charge and discharge the battery more reasonably, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and efficiency improvement; Used to predict the lifespan and functional safety of batteries, enhancing the safety of vehicles.

        This sensor measures the limited parameters of voltage, current, and temperature applied to the battery, and uses models and prediction algorithms to accurately obtain a series of parameters such as battery capacity ratio (SOC), battery life (SOH), battery function (SOF), etc., which are supplied to the locomotive's ECU for decision-making and control. It is one of the essential components for starting the battery on the locomotive.
