The world's first mass production, leading technology
Fenia Delphi is the world's first supplier to achieve mass production of 500bar ultra-high pressure gasoline direct injection systems. The system consists of fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, forged fuel rails, and advanced engine control software, representing the highest level of fuel injection technology.
More precise atomization, more efficient combustion
The fuel particle diameter of this ultra-high pressure injection system reaches one thousandth of a millimeter, which is 20% smaller than the industry's conventional 200bar or 350bar fuel systems. Each drop of oil can fully contact and mix with the air, achieving more complete and cleaner combustion of the engine.
Structural optimization, performance upgrade
At the same time, the pressure vessel has been optimized, the fuel rail interface has been improved, the electromagnetic force has increased by 30%, and the performance of the new fuel injector has been improved, thereby improving the fuel supply accuracy. The new forged fuel rail material has been reduced by 25% in weight, but it can still withstand higher pressure. The high-pressure fuel pump adopts an innovative piston with a smaller size, which can provide higher pressure without increasing the load on the engine camshaft.

M100 methanol fuel is a liquid fuel primarily composed of methanol. Methanol is a simple saturated monohydrate with the chemical formula CH3OH. It is mainly synthesized and manufactured from natural gas, coal, biomass and other raw materials, and of course, green methanol is also accelerating its development recently. Methanol fuel has the characteristics of high efficiency, cleanliness, and low carbon. As an optional configuration, our inductive ignition system can be equipped with an I2CM (ignition and injection control module), which can drive up to 6 ignition coils and 8 injectors. This ignition coil is suitable for engines fueled by CNG, LNG, and biogas. It is a high-performance ignition coil that can provide high energy and high ignition voltage. It has built-in IGBT and replaceable rubber hose. The new generation of inductive ignition coils provides diagnosis of ignition current and ignition duration, facilitating engine development and after-sales service.
