oneRocker arm (component/assembly)

The valve rocker arm (component) assembly, rocker arm shaft, rocker arm shaft assembly, EVB exhaust brake rocker arm, all rocker arms are made of imported high-precision machining machines, and the main dimensions are machined in one go. The positioning accuracy is high and the product consistency is good. There are more than 200 product models, which are widely matched with well-known internal combustion engines and vehicle manufacturers at home and abroad.

    The company specializes in the research and development of intermediate gear shaft products and lean manufacturing. All products are produced using ultra high precision automatic lines to ensure the ultra-high precision requirements of the products. The products adopt advanced gas nitriding technology to ensure the ultra long wear resistance of the workpieces. The outer diameter size of the parts can be controlled up to 0.015mm, and the cylindricity can be controlled within the range of 0.005mm.       The company is the earliest independent manufacturer in China to design, develop, and produce a series of engine exhaust pipe sealing ring products. It has multiple technical invention patents in related fields. This series of products adopts advanced imitation roller spinning+precision extrusion composite forming and spraying ultra-high temperature high hardness wear-resistant coating technology. The heat treatment adopts advanced inert gas protection and shaping treatment to ensure the high temperature stability of the workpiece. The multi (single) piece combination C-type/V-type/J-type ring and axial (radial) lap ring developed by the company can meet the application and matching of various models of customers. The open type sealing ring adopts a special pressure profile design to ensure higher outer circle fitting sealing.
