The 2025 International Internal Combustion Engine and Power Equipment Expo will be held at the Nanjing International Expo Center from November 12th to 14th. Weichai: Exhibiting 9 engines! Star product WP16NG-4.0 gas engine unveiled

As the "big brother" of the internal combustion engine industry, Weichai exhibited 9 products in terms of engines, including WP2H diesel engine, WP14H/T commercial vehicle powertrain, WP15 hydrogen engine, WP16NG-4.0 gas engine, 20M61 diesel generator set, WEF300 fuel cell engine, Weichai high-power tractor CVT powertrain, WP17T ME range extender assembly, and WES600 SOFC power generation system.

Among them, the WP16NG-4.0 gas power product exhibited this time is ahead of its peers in terms of technical indicators and performance. This engine has a displacement of 15.7 liters, a rated power of up to 750 horsepower, and a peak torque of 3400 Newton meters. In terms of economy, the product has been upgraded in two dimensions: the engine body and powertrain, which can reduce the vehicle's gas consumption by 6%. Compared to diesel vehicles, it can bring customers a fuel saving profit of 150000 yuan per year.

As an outstanding representative of Weichai H platform, WP2H was also exhibited at this exhibition. It is a lightweight diesel engine designed and developed for light commercial vehicles. Its displacement is 1.994 liters, maximum power is 190 horsepower, and maximum torque is 420 Newton meters. The efficient combustion system, low friction design, and advanced electronic control strategy work together to make WP2H have excellent fuel efficiency among similar products.

Liberation Power: Both super strong camp diesel and natural gas products are unveiled

At this exhibition, Jiefang Power participated with its super strong camp, showcasing a total of 7 products, including Jiefang Smart Power Domain GD300 Power Domain, CA4DT2-E68 series diesel engines, CA6SM6-E6N series natural gas engines, CA6SM7-E61N series natural gas engines, medium and heavy-duty electric drive bridges, as well as non road CA6DX3 mining self dumping extended range hybrid products and non road CA6SX1 mining self dumping extended range hybrid products.

As a star product of Jiefang Power, the Aowei CA6SM6 natural gas engine was also exhibited on site. The engine has a maximum power of 506 horsepower and a maximum torque of 2400 Newton meters; Using a natural gas specific cylinder head, the B10 has a lifespan of 1.5 million kilometers. At the same time, CA6SM6 adopts intelligent equivalent combustion control technology to reduce combustion noise. By increasing the stiffness and modal frequency of key components, it further reduces engine vibration and noise, making the driver's driving experience more comfortable.

The CA4DT2 diesel engine has a displacement of 2.44 liters and adopts the high-efficiency SCR technology route. It is an upgraded development based on CA4DB2, which not only meets the technical specifications of Blue Label light trucks but also significantly improves power performance and other indicators. It has the advantages of high power, high reliability, high safety, high comfort, low maintenance, and low fuel consumption. The engine has a power coverage of 180 horsepower, a maximum torque of 500 Newton meters, and a low-speed torque of over 330 Newton meters. It has strong power and can meet the domestic demand for blue brand light truck transportation.

Yuchai Machinery: 8 heavyweight products showcasing diverse technological routes

Yuchai brought 8 heavyweight products at this exhibition, including YC20VTD power generation, YCK05H hydrogen fuel engine, YCK11 diesel engine, YCK16 diesel engine, YCMV20M methanol engine, YCU170/YCU200 spark ignition heavy oil engine, flexible fuel engine platform, and new generation IE-POWER hybrid powertrain.

Among them, the YCK05H hydrogen fuel engine has successfully overcome industry challenges such as backfire and detonation of hydrogen engines through multiple technologies such as high-pressure multi-point injection, efficient low inertia turbocharging, and efficient lean combustion, ensuring operational stability while achieving zero carbon emissions. Compared with hydrogen fuel cells, this engine has outstanding advantages in economy and durability: manufacturing costs are reduced by 70%, usage costs are reduced by 50%, and service life is extended by 400%.

The YCK16 diesel engine is a high-end power designed by Yuchai for the mining market. It can meet emission regulations without post-treatment, with a maximum output of 775 horsepower and a maximum torque of 3200 Nm. It is suitable for 75-90 ton crawler excavators and 90-100 ton mining trucks, and has significant advantages such as good loading responsiveness, high reliability, low fuel consumption, and low maintenance costs.

All diesel power: the largest number of engine platforms and components are displayed together

At this exhibition, Quanchai Power had the largest number of exhibits, showcasing a total of 11 complete machine products and some component products. Among them, the complete machine products include E25, F28T, H33, Q25A, Q30A, Q-platform extended range engine, S75, V13, V43, T35-01 electric drive, Weilan E4D25/D4D25.

Among them, the 2.5-liter displacement all diesel Q25A engine has a power coverage of 110-116 kilowatts, with a maximum torque of 450 Newton meters and a low-speed torque of not less than 330 Newton meters. The acceleration time is reduced by 8-10 seconds compared to competitors in the same class. It is widely used in urban distribution, urban and rural passenger transportation, and other scenarios with frequent starts and many mountainous areas. The improvement in power makes daily operations more comfortable for users.

The F28T is the main model of all diesel gas engines, mainly used in the 4.5 ton light truck market, and the self-priming series is used in the light truck market below 3.5 tons. This engine uses natural gas as the main fuel and gasoline as the auxiliary fuel. It is divided into three models: naturally aspirated version, turbocharged low-power version, and turbocharged high-power version, with a torque coverage of 230-450 Nm.

Yunnei Power: Cutting edge Technology Debuts at Yunnei Dewei D25 Star Product Exhibition

Yunnei Power brings 5 products to this exhibition, including D25-180 diesel engine, YN30NF gas engine, Derun DH45-3 hybrid assembly, hydrogen fuel cell engine, and G20TNFR gas extended range engine.

The Yunnedwei D25 product can be said to be a very familiar engine to everyone. This series of engines is a thunderous masterpiece in the Blue Label power market, with its design concept and technology originating from the German company FEV. The rated power of the Dewei D25-180 diesel engine is 132 kilowatts, with a maximum torque of up to 500 Newton meters. The average fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is more than 20% lower than similar products in the industry. The Dewei D25-180 diesel engine is suitable for different user needs and operational scenarios, such as sanitation trucks, refrigerated trucks, compliant blue brand vehicles, engineering vehicles, etc., and its low-speed torque at 1000 revolutions per minute (rpm) is 20% higher than similar competitors, making it the "golden power" of compliant blue brand light trucks.

The G20TNFR gas range extender is an efficient and energy-saving new energy product launched by Yunnei Power, targeting the application scenarios of 4.5-to-18 ton vehicles, achieving a hybrid range extender route. This gas range extender has a maximum output power of 140 horsepower, a rated torque of 350 Newton meters, a voltage platform of 540V, and a motor efficiency of up to 96%. The engine of this gas range extender also innovatively integrates mid mounted dual VVT technology to further optimize the intake and exhaust systems, thereby improving the engine's power performance.
