Established in 1994, SSG makes silica sol precision casting and machining for automotive, pump, valve, flow control and engineering applications. Specialized in thin wall, fine surface finish, close dimensional tolerance components in high strength, temperature resistant alloys, along with 3D printing for sample or small lot. 



　

It has more than 600 experienced staffs, including 60 management personnel and 26 engineers who have the extensive knowledge of alloys and well understanding of the casting properties to assist you in the design of castings. The production capacity is 300 tons per months for making stainless steel, carbon steel, heat resistant alloy, copper and duplex steel. 

1. Specializes in precision casting and machining, with rich experience on flow meter, pump and valve. 

2. The transportation is very convenient. It is located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei. It is an hour's drive from Beijing and Tianjin high-speed rail, 10 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Airport, 10 kilometers from the airport high-speed rail station, and 15 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Railway Station. 

3. There is sufficient production capacity, the design capacity is 300 tons/month, and the actual monthly production capacity is now 250 tons, which will reach 300 tons/month by the end of 2023. 

4. Two production lines, one for small batches with multiple varieties, and one for large batches (automotive parts). 

5. Nearly 200 kinds of materials are being produced, mainly including stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, etc. The specific grades involve: SCS13, SCS14, 430, S45C, S50C, 1.4408, CF8M, etc.

7. The products are mainly exported to European, American and Japanese markets. We have rich experience in implementing international standards and foreign trade. Now we have established business with larger customers.
