Tianchang Cylinder Head Co Ltd has 960 employees, including 235 R&D engineers and technicians. The company has the first Cylinder Head Technology R&D Institute in China and established an Industry-University-Research cooperation base with the Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute of Tianjin University. The company covers an area of 300,000 square meters, its workshops are equipped with one German made HWS automatic moulding line and one mechanized moulding line and one FATA automated multi-station modular gravity casting line for aluminum cylinder heads, 22 machining lines and 4 washing lines. It has an annual capacity of over 50,000 tons castings and more than 1,300,000 pieces finished grey iron, vermicular graphite cast iron and aluminum alloy cylinder heads.
