1. Diesel exhaust post-treatment SCR urea pump
It is a core component of diesel engine exhaust after treatment system, which can effectively reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides in automobile exhaust, meet the National VI emission standard, successfully break the monopoly of foreign brands in technology and products in this field, replace imports, and fill the domestic gap. We have supplied large diesel engine factories such as Weichai, Yuchai, Quanchai, Xichai, and Shangchai in bulk. At present, the domestic market share is 15%, ranking first among domestic brands in this field.
Qintai Company has currently developed three different models of urea pump products, which can fully cover the fields of light trucks, medium and heavy trucks, non road engineering vehicles, etc. The sample development of the National Emission Standard 7 product has been completed.

2. New Energy Vehicle Series Sensors
In 2021, Qintai Company has developed a series of new energy vehicle sensors, such as hydrogen pressure/concentration sensors and air/water pressure sensors in fuel cells, based on the consolidation of related product technologies in the traditional automotive field. It is expected to overcome numerous "bottleneck" technologies in this field in the next 3-5 years, completely solving the situation of external dependence on key technologies in fuel cells.
