Committed to the development philosophy of “Possess key technologies and realize industrial innovation”, and based on the core sensor technology of infrared (NDIR), thermal conductivity TCD, chemiluminiscence CLD, hydrogen flame FID, ultrasonic and laser Raman with independent intellectual property, Cubic-Ruiyi has successfully developed world leading ultrasonic gas flowmeter and energy conservation & emission reduction instruments like flue gas analyzer, biogas analyzer, syngas analyzer, emission gas analyzer and so on, which has been widely used in electric power, steel, nonferrous metals, coal chemical, petrochemical, waste incineration, anaerobic digestion, motor vehicles and engine testing, oil and gas exploration, comprehensive utilization of coal-bed methane, air separation, energy saving and environmental protection departments, research institutions and civilian use and so on. 01 红外尾气光学平台Gasboard-2000


Gasboard-2000采用自主知识产权高精度双光束红外气体分析技术,利用气体分子特有波长吸收光的特点,测量各个气体浓度的光吸收率,分析技术出各气体组分。符合环保新国标GB 18285-2018的排放要求,以及国际标准ISO 3930或OIML R99 精度要求,拥有多年世界500强企业OEM/ODM配套经验,能够满足客户系统开发的不同需求。

02 微流低量程红外NO气体传感器Gasboard-2102


Gasboard-2102采用自主知识产权及国际PCT专利(PCT/CN2018100767)微流红外双气室传感器技术,气室由被测气室与参考气室组成,当红外光源分别照射至被测气体和参考气体后,将其在微流红外传感器形成的信号波形通过信号处理系统通过比值得出被测气体浓度。采用双气室结构和特殊滤光片,解决了环境温度不稳定性、电子元器件老化等问题;测量精准度高、稳定性和抗干扰性好,适用于汽车尾气排放检测及环境监测。

03 汽车排放气体测试仪Gasboard-5260


Gasboard-5260基于自主知识产权及国际PCT专利(PCT/CN2018100767)的高精度微流红外双气室传感器技术检测NO浓度,传感器采用双气室结构和特殊滤光片,解决了环境温度不稳定性、电子元器件老化等问题;基于非分散紫外(NDUV)吸收法测量NO2浓度,无需采用NOx转换器;采用非分光红外(NDIR)吸收技术原理同时检测机动车排气中HC、CO、CO2浓度,长寿命电化学(ECD)分析技术测量对O2浓度进行检测,并自动计算和显示空燃比。符合环保新国标《汽油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法和简易工况法)》 GB 18285-2018的要求符合《汽车排放气体测试仪检定规程》JJG 688-2017 00级精度要求。

04 发动机排放测试系统Gasboard-9801


发动机排放测试系统Gasboard-9801结合高精度氢火焰离子化检测技术(HFID)、紫外差分吸收光谱气体分析技术(UV-DOAS)、非分光红外气体分析技术(NDIR)与长寿命电化学传感器技术(ECD),同时测量发动机排气中THC、NOx、CO、CO2 、O2等气体体积浓度,可为柴油机生产厂商、移动机械制造企业、相关科研部门、检测机构进行检测和分析发动机排气污染物提供完整的系统测试解决方案,以满足日益严格且灵活多变的排放限值需要。

05 便携式排放测试系统(PEMS)Gasboard-9805


Gasboard-9805是湖北锐意基于自主研发的核心气体分析技术开发的便携式排放测试系统,可实现CO、CO2、NO、NO2排放物浓度测量,以及颗粒物、排气流量、GPS数据、环境温湿度、大气压力的测量,并自动计算排放总量。产品具有模块化设计,4小时以上内置电池续航,红外NDIR技术测量CO、CO2,紫外UV-DOAS技术 直测NO、NO2,后期免维护等特点,满足非道路机械的车载排放检测要求。
