01 Infrared Exhaust Optical Platform Gasboard-2000


Gasboard-2000 adopts high-precision dual beam infrared gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights. It utilizes the unique wavelength absorption characteristics of gas molecules to measure the light absorption rate of various gas concentrations and analyze the gas components using the technology. Compliant with the emission requirements of the new environmental protection national standard GB 18285-2018, as well as the accuracy requirements of international standards ISO 3930 or OIML R99, with years of OEM/ODM supporting experience in Fortune 500 companies, it can meet the different needs of customer system development.

02 Microfluidic Low Range Infrared NO Gas Sensor Gasboard-2102


Gasboard-2102 adopts independent intellectual property rights and international PCT patent (PCT/CN2018100767) microfluidic infrared dual chamber sensor technology. The chamber is composed of a measured gas chamber and a reference gas chamber. When the infrared light source is irradiated on the measured gas and the reference gas respectively, the signal waveform formed by the microfluidic infrared sensor is processed by a signal processing system to obtain the measured gas concentration through ratio. By adopting a dual chamber structure and a special filter, problems such as unstable environmental temperature and aging of electronic components have been solved; High measurement accuracy, good stability and anti-interference, suitable for automobile exhaust emission detection and environmental monitoring.

03 Automotive Emission Gas Tester Gasboard-5260


Gasboard-5260 uses high-precision microfluidic infrared dual chamber sensor technology based on independent intellectual property rights and international PCT patent (PCT/CN2018100767) to detect NO concentration. The sensor adopts a dual chamber structure and a special filter, which solves problems such as environmental temperature instability and electronic component aging; Measurement of NO2 concentration using non dispersive ultraviolet (NDUV) absorption method without the need for a NOx converter; The non dispersive infrared (NDIR) absorption technology is used to simultaneously detect the concentrations of HC, CO, and CO2 in the exhaust of motor vehicles. The long-life electrochemical (ECD) analysis technology is used to measure and detect the O2 concentration, and the air-fuel ratio is automatically calculated and displayed. 04 Engine Emission Testing System Gasboard-9801


The Gasboard-9801 engine emission testing system combines high-precision hydrogen flame ionization detection technology (HFID), ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy gas analysis technology (UV-DOAS), non dispersive infrared gas analysis technology (NDIR), and long-life electrochemical sensor technology (ECD) to measure the volume concentration of gases such as THC, NOx, CO, CO2, O2 in engine exhaust. It can provide a complete system testing solution for diesel engine manufacturers, mobile machinery manufacturing enterprises, relevant scientific research departments, and testing institutions to detect and analyze engine exhaust pollutants, in order to meet the increasingly strict and flexible emission limit requirements.

05 Portable Emission Testing System (PEMS) Gasboard-9805


Gasboard-9805 is a portable emission testing system developed by Hubei Liexin based on self-developed core gas analysis technology. It can measure the concentrations of CO, CO2, NO, NO2 emissions, as well as particulate matter, exhaust flow rate, GPS data, environmental temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, and automatically calculate the total emissions. The product features a modular design, with a built-in battery life of over 4 hours, infrared NDIR technology for measuring CO and CO2, ultraviolet UV-DOAS technology for direct measurement of NO and NO2, and maintenance free features, meeting the requirements for vehicle emission detection of non road machinery.
