Yunnei Power, in collaboration with FEV, has developed a customized gasoline engine for commercial vehicles that meets China VI B emissions standards. Its technical reserves meet the fourth phase of commercial vehicle fuel consumption regulations and the potential for China VII emission upgrades. The company has introduced advanced assembly, machining, and quality inspection equipment. Intelligent production and online detection achieve lean process control. Benchmarking international advanced products, adopting lean design of "standardization", "lightweight", and "modularization". The electronic supercharger operates at ultra-low speeds (1000 rpm) and reaches maximum torque at 1400 rpm; The response time is only 1.5 seconds. The ultra-high speed limit is up to 250000 revolutions per minute. The low-speed torque is comparable to that of a turbocharged diesel (gasoline) engine with the same displacement, and the performance is superior. Adopting a series of technologies such as low-pressure EGR, electronic thermostat, split cooling, water air cooling, electronic supercharger, and direct injection in the cylinder to enhance power performance and reduce fuel consumption, the entire machine is at the forefront of the market.
